This month, Res/Title’s Chief Operations Officer, Regina Braga, MBA is celebrating her 15th year with the company.
Regina’s Career at Res/Title
Regina started out as Res/Title’s first ever intern in 2004. She then held every position in the Admin Department prior to becoming COO. Her mastery of the day-to-day operations, problem solving skills and ability to streamline workflow serves her well in this role.
Impact on Res/Title
Licensing, security, state-by-state growth and technology have been Regina’s main priorities as COO.
By focusing on Compliance & Security, she obtained Res/Title’s first SOC-1 SSAE 16 Type 2 Certified and ALTA Best Practices Certification. Undergoing this third party certification conducted by a national CPA firm allows Res/Title to make sure our client’s information is always safe and secure.
Regina also focuses on the company’s growth by adhering to State-by-State-Specific Guidelines and overseeing the Business Development Team.
Recently, Regina has also been focusing on new technology available to clients. Her work to partner with Pavaso allows Res/Title to conduct eClosings. She also developed our Welcome Home Program which features a new updated secure portal and survey for buyers post-closing.
Culture and Philanthropy
Regina’s overall passion for the company makes her a strong leader. She strives to create a team oriented environment and work-life balance culture throughout the company.
As the Brainchild of our “End of the Month for a Cause” Program, she strives to create a positive outlook on our industry’s busiest time by choosing a staff member to profile and a monthly charity to fundraise for.
Regina also participates in the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual walks and is passionate about supporting the Gloria Gemma Fund each October
