Share a photo of you and your best friend!
This holiday season, help us donate gifts to children under the care of Shriners Hospitals for Children. Send a photo of you with a friend to firstname.lastname@example.org by the last refi day, Dec 26, and we will donate one gift to a child in need.
Eva is grateful for Shriners!
Our Quality Control Specialist, Rose Campbell, brought forward an important cause this month. Her daughter’s best friend, Eva, is a burn victim and receives support from the help of Shriners. The two girls have been best friends since kindergarten.
Eva is 9 years old and will unfortunately be undergoing surgeries until she is full-grown. She was in this hospital 37 days after a horrible accident, leaving burns on her legs. She came home for Christmas but was sent back to the hospital due to an infection for 19 more days. Every 4 months, she receives laser surgery. Eva has received 12 grafting surgeries in her lifetime. Her family speaks so highly of the care she receives from Shriners.
The family also donates gifts to the other children under the Shriners’ care whenever Eva goes for a procedure. Res/Title is helping Eva by making goodie bags for her to bring. By sending us your photo with a friend, we will add one goodie bag!
Meet Quality Control Specialist, Rose Campbell
As Quality Control Specialist, Rose, checks when title works goes out and makes sure everything is correctly packed. She assigns tasks to the team and uses checkpoints to ensure the file is perfect. The position is new to Res/Title as of this year, due to our major 2019 expansion in orders.
“This role is great for the company and has potential to add more checkpoints, maybe even a whole department,” she explained. “It puts us in a better spot workload-wise and alleviates any delays that could happen during a closing.”
With Rose as our QC Specialist, the file is being checked over sooner along in the process than before. When asked how Rose manages such an important, detail-oriented job, she explained her tasks are managed by priority and turnaround time.
“I make sure everyone knows where we’re at in the process,” Rose explained. “I’m that extra set of eyes.”
Rose also makes sure that after the closing, any requested documents signed at the closing or copies of checks get to the right people.
Rose has an amazing 19 years of experience working in the industry, which began through an opportunity with a temp agency. She’s been at Res/Title 3 years, starting off in the title department.
Res/Title’s “Spirit Chair”
Additionally, Rose is Res/Title’s Spirit Chair! She organizes all the office fun activities, from holiday potlucks, to the upcoming annual Cookie Swap and more. Her upbeat personality motivates the team to get excited for some office fun.
“Not everyone’s job lets you come in in August fully dressed in Christmas Gear!” Rose said.
Her “Claim to Fame” is Res/Title’s Spirit Month which happens in August. For each Friday, team members are encouraged to dress according to the fun theme of the day and the staff votes on their Fan Favorite.
“Sometimes you need to motivate people,” She said. “We work hard in this industry, so this gets everyone in a good mood and helps us bond as a team.”

Thank you for your support last month fundraising for families in need
Thank you to everyone who submitted a feather and shared what they’re thankful for. We received 117 feathers! We partnered with our flagship charity, St. Mary’s Home for Children. While they provided turkeys to families in need, we donated a Thanksgiving item for each feather received.
